Well, I was there with her, but looks like (we were very away from him) black beans and rice, and chiken. Very common menu here.

I saw that Heinz already answered you... well, that's it a very common and typical food here, cheap food...
He is a car washer-beggar and was in the other side of street eating his food in the street. We were in the restaurant in the other side... That's a typical social contrast in Brasil...
